The website www.iPharm.co.uk is owned and operated by Sharief Healthcare Ltd, trading as ‘iPharm’.  In this Privacy Notice “we", "our", "us", and "ours" is used to refer to iPharm and "you", "your", "yours" is in reference to you as the individual. SECTION 2: THE DATA WE COLLECT ON YOU

If you fail to provide personal data

In some circumstances you will be required to provide an adequate form of identification in order to confirm your identity, this is a security measure which is in place to ensure that we do not disclose any personal information to anyone who does not have the right to receive it. We are required to act upon your data request within one month of us receiving your identification.

You will not be required to pay a fee to access your personal information or exercise any of the other rights listed below. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request(s) is clearly unfounded repetitive, or excessive.

We reserve the right to make amendments to our Privacy Policy without notice to you at our own discretion. The privacy policy stated on the website at the time of use will be what is applicable to your access and use of the website.
