Delivery Information

iPharm Online Pharmacy offers free next working day delivery on all NHS prescriptions in the UK once the Pharmacy receives your prescription from your GP. Please note, GP Surgeries can take up 72 hours once you have ordered your prescription. We can deliver your NHS prescription to your preferred delivery address however, should you require your prescription to be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour - we can do this too! Just make sure you alert us to this in the notes section prior to checkout completion. 

We provide fast, secure, and free delivery on all prescriptions, with a fully automated text messaging tracking system that allows you to track and trace your pharmacy order directly from your phone. You will also be regularly updated throughout the delivery process via text message.

iPharm uses a range of third-party couriers to deliver orders for over-the-counter products and prescriptions. The exact courier that we use may vary but we will only ever use a company that we know will bring your parcel to quickly and safely so you can be sure you’ll always receive your products on time and in great condition. 

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your iPharm Account which you must set up in order to make purchases. Once logged in to your account, you can click ‘My Orders’ in your account page where you will see a list of all your previous orders. Tracking history will be shown underneath ‘Order History’

All orders from our over-the-counter product store and NHS/ Private prescriptions are packaged in discreet non branded packaging with no mention of pharmacy on the box. We may include promotional material on the inside of the box but this will never be visible to anyone other than the person opening the package.  

Whilst we always take care in packing your order, there may be times where we make a mistake. If your parcel has arrived and there is something wrong then you’ll need to contact our customer services team within three days of receiving the delivery. You can reach our friendly team via email, telephone, or social media between 9am - 5pm and we’ll look to rectify your problem as soon as possible. 

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of them being placed. If you would like to cancel an order without incurring any costs to return, you will need to do it before your order is dispatched. In the event that you do want to cancel your order you should do this by either contacting our customer services team during office hours on 03332422199, or emailing us outside of office hours. If we have already dispatched your order at the time of contact, you may be required to return the products to us at your own cost.

You have a legal right to cancel the contract with us which starts from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Days refer to calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.

We understand that you may change your mind after receiving your delivery, and you have a legal right to return any unwanted products within 14 days of them being received, this starts from the day after your order was delivered and includes public holidays and weekends. If you are returning a product that you have decided you no longer want, it must be unopened and still in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. All returns are evaluated before being processed and if the returned product has been opened we will not accept the return and a refund will not be processed.

You will be responsible for returning the products to us safely, iPharm will not reimburse any delivery charges for returned items due to a change of mind. Once we have received and approved your returned items, we will process your refund in full, including the cost of the products and the initial delivery charge of the order if the full order is returned. Please note, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed and appear in your bank. We will always process your refund to go back to the original payment method. 

To cancel an order which has been placed, please contact us in writing to tell us by sending an email to or by sending a letter to 18 Neills Road, Saint Helens WA9 4TU. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email or posted the letter to us. You need to inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
