Sudafed Max Strength Capsules are medication that helps to relieve the symptoms of pain and congestion caused by sinusitis such as:
- Stuffy nose
- Blocked sinuses
- Headache
- Fever
- Aches
- Pains
The capsules can also relieve tiredness and drowsiness. These capsules get to the root cause of congested sinuses by effectively relieving sinus pressure, pain and tension. Contains Paracetamol to reduce temperature and ease aches and pains, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride to help relieve congestion and soothe swelling in the nose and sinuses to make it easier to breathe through the nose, and Caffeine to help fight fatigue whilst recovering from sinusitis.

The active ingredients in Sudafed Sinus Max Strength Capsules are 500 mg Paracetamol, 25 mg Caffeine and 6.1 mg Phenylephrine hydrochloride per capsule.
Other ingredients are Maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium laurilsulfate, magnesium stearate, talc, gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), quinoline yellow (E104), Patent Blue V (E131), erythrosine (E127) and indigo carmine (E132).
Take with a glass of water. Do not chew.
Adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over: 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as required.
- Do not take more than eight capsules (4 doses) in any 24 hour period.
- Leave at least 4 to 6 hours between doses.
- Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, talk to your doctor.
- CONTAINS PARACETAMOL Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.
- Do not use the capsules after the date shown on the pack.
- Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
