New Medicines Service

Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed with a condition, or been living with it for some time, it’s natural to want to know more information about any new medication prescribed by your doctor. While your GP will always offer direction on how and when the medicine should be taken, you may want to know more about the medicine to understand what it is, what it does, and any possible side effects which could occur as a result of taking the medicine.

The New Medicines Service (NMS) offered by iPharm is an advanced NHS service which allows anybody living in England, with one of the eligible long-term illnesses highlighted below, to arrange a video call with our medically trained pharmacist to discuss their medication and any ask questions they may have.
